SECURE ONLINE ORDERING
When using our online service, you can always feel safe when paying with your credit card. We have established an ordering process that uses state of the art SSL encryption to ensure your personal information is secure. For additional security, your credit card number is not kept on our system. When buying online you will be logged on to Payex for the Credit Card transaction. We respect your privacy and do not sell our list of customers to anyone.

SHIPPING
The vast majority of items on this site are shipped via Schenker. Shipping charges are included in the price and based upon the weight and size of the product you are purchasing and the geographic zone in which you live. Pallet and bulk orders are sent via common carrier. Please inspect all goods for breakage immediately upon receipt. For any shipment that is refused without prior notification, you will automatically be charged the full shipping charges. Sorry, but we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

DAMAGED GOODS
If an item is received damaged or broken, notify the shipper immediately then contact our sales office so that we may remedy the situation. Please retain the tracking numbers and keep all damaged goods / packaging for later inspection by the shipper.

EXCHANGES
Jorvik.se will be happy to exchange within 30 days any product purchased on this site, provided the buyer covers the shipping charges. Please contact Customer Service with your exchange details.

RETURNS
To receive a prompt refund from Jorvik, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, with shipping and insurance prepaid (sorry, no C.O.D's can be accepted). Unfortunately, the original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Before returning any item, you must first email Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RAN number (which is valid for 14 days). Our shipping address is:

All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies or damages could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. Returns must be sent via Schenker, or any courier that issues tracking numbers and insurance. Be sure to email this tracking number to Customer Service. Please allow 14 days for credit.

DELAYS & BACK ORDERS
Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Products in stock are normally shipped within 24 hours. If an item is out-of-stock, we can usually provide the buyer with a estimate of availability. If shipment has been delayed for other reasons, we ususally notify customers so that proper delivery arrangements can be made.
